Scrap recycling is the national advocacy green cycle industry, of which the secondary segmentation of scrap steel has many forms, and hydraulic scrap shear is the main equipment on processing of scrap steel, widely used in of all kinds of scrap steel structure, a variety of waste containers, waste boiler, mixed scrap steel, as well as the pretreated scrap iron sheet wagon box etc.
Upon specifications and capacity can be a variety of forms, we developed and designed as mainly QGY800, QGY630, QGY450, QGY1000, SV1250EPV etc spec, and according to the pressure plate forms can be divided into type of pressed -plate and non pressed-plate, depending on the feedbox form is divided into type of feed-bin and non feed-bin.
In the year of 1983, NHI has developed and designed QGY1000 typed hydraulic scrap shears for company Shougang Steel, and in December 1984 cooperated with the Western German industrial company Thyssen Henschel factory produced SV 1250EPV type hydraulic scrap shears, and has introduced all the technology accordingly. The scrap shears that NHI designed and manufactured features in unique design, reasonable structure, advanced performance, flexible operation, easy maintenance and etc a series of advantages. Hydraulic scrap shears can be used to automatic and manual work system, especially when using the automatic mode, shearing opening is determined to the pressing plate stroke, improving the efficiency of shear. Side-head and pressing cover internal feed bin are all manually working. The feeding bins can be layered work, with continuous production of good performance, side pressing head is adjustable to proceed lateral pressure, and well-performed on a variety of scrap to compression. It adopts PLC programmable controller systems and advanced hydraulic control system to ensure the production of high efficiency on shears.
